I am very conscious of how I feel on an minute to minute basis. I've lived long enough now to know what makes me tick. These rules are to ensure that I give myself the best possible chance of feeling good. I have goals that I want to achieve and I want to make it as easy as possible to achieve them. Discipline and adherence to these rules are key to my success.
1. Everything in moderation.
2. 9 hours sleep nightly.
3. No addictive substances.
This includes:
alcohol
drugs
caffeine
nicotine
pornography
4. Limit processed foods.
Eat a very low processed sugar diet (can have more when exercising)
5. No Media (only books)
Unless for:
work or educational purposes
with family or friends
6. Eat only to 80% full. Never overeat.
7. Exercise daily - cardio, strength and flexibility.
8. Outside first thing in morning to get air and natural light.
9. Daily socialisation with partner and friends.
10. Wind down 60 minutes before bed. (Reading in dimly light room).
