Starting Endurer

I'm starting a new project.

I'm currently finishing my Master's in AI at the University of Edinburgh, and on the side, I'm tinkering with a number of new projects.

One of these projects is called Endurer. Endurer will be an AI-powered platform for training and coaching people interested in various forms of endurance sports. I love endurance sports such as running and cycling, and I've always wanted to compete in an Ironman triathlon one day. I've never used a coach or a structured, professional-level training plan for any of the events I've taken part in—probably because I wasn’t willing to pay for a coach. These services are typically very expensive and usually only accessible to elite athletes. However, foundation AI models are now incredibly powerful, and I believe we're very close—if not already at the point—of being able to build a platform that helps people train for endurance events by providing personalised training plans, fitness tracking, and much more.

I'm also working on rebuilding Langchats, my AI-powered language partner designed to help me learn German (and eventually other foreign languages). Again, AI technology is so good now that I genuinely believe it’s possible to almost learn through immersion—with the help of an AI tutor and speaking partner.
