The Age of Abundance
In the age of abundance, we will crave the imperfect.
By Jay Pinion

I think we are soon going to enter an age of material abundance. With the help of AI and autonomous robotic systems, you will be able to generate any digital experience, piece of artwork, movie, TV programme, game, and most material things will be made to the highest of standards at only slightly more than the material cost of production. These will all be considerably better than anything human-made.
However, humans always want what is scarce. I think in the age of abundance there will be a resurgence of hand-crafted material goods and experiences, and people will desire the small imperfections that come with the human touch.
